Meindert Gorter’s article explains that the Dalai Lama is not really just a simple monk, like he claims to be. He’s a political leader. He has ban the Buddhist deity Dorje Shugden whom more than 4 million Buddhist worldwide rely upon. Shugden practitioners are asking for religious freedom. Many Shugden practitioners in the Tibetan in Exile communities are experiencing extreme religious persecution as a result of the Dalai Lama’s ban. They find it difficult or sometimes impossible to find food, water, shelter and medical care.

Below is a link to the Dalai Lama’s speeches enforcing the ban on Dorje Shugden. This is a side of the Dalai Lama that most Westerners have never seen.

If the Dalai Lama did return to Tibet imagine what would happen to Shugden practitioners in Tibet. He would probably have them crucified.

Meindert Gorter is a complete charlatan who is only trying to make his career on criticizing the Dalai Lama. He actually implies that a cultural genocide is no longer occuring and that Tibetans are living harmoniously under Chinese rule “as long as Tibetans don’t mix religion with politics…”?? Hey Meindert Gorter! What is the political message of the Tibetans again? Is it “Please get out of my country and stop oppressing my people?” I wonder if you could continue being so callous if the Germans returned to the Netherlands.
