Actually, physics and biology are not in the same category of ‘science’ and comparisons between them, and their theories, is misleading. It is possible that string theory is itself of a different character, or shows a new phase of difficulty in physics, but, in any case, biology, and evolutionary theory have never at any point achieved the exact mathematical rigor of physics.
In fact, as noted here repeatedly, Darwinism is a kind of pseudo-science based on a confusion of what evolution really is.
