How to Raise the Standard in America’s Schools
A national standard has it pros/cons (I hold no brief on this issue), and with respect to the question evolution education we can see what would happen: the Darwin establishment could easily use its clout to enforce Darwin dogma.
Of course, that would backfire, but we can see some value in a decentralized system.
