Visit – www.evolutionexpose.com – to order a copy.“Very glad to see the book. I suspect it should have some (very much needed) influence now against the backgound of the “evo-devo revolution” and the belated recognition of Margulis’s work.” – Noam Chomsky, MIT Institute Professor and Professor of Linguistics (Emeritus)
Remarkable: Noam Chomsky gives a plug for Suzan Mazur’s new book The Altenberg 16, which we have commented on extensively here. This book is going to be published in this country soon, and may appear at Amazon.com. I will comment further later. But the book itself, while an excellent account of the Darwin skeptics in the profession, shows the critics to be lacking any real new paradigm.
But one can only be ambivalent about Chosmky’s endorsement here. Bravo, at least, and yet… So many years this closet Darwin critic has been silent, and now he will undoubtedly endorse the wrong thing.
(This is the first time I have seen a press release for a book jacket blurb)

The latter doesn’t look promising at this point: these critics are too timid, and will try at best to pin their hopes on self-organization thinking which is not going to make much headway against the ID movement.
