False to lump together Creationists and New Agers
Roger Ebert: New Agers and creationists should not be President
It is not clear how Ebert could be so uninformed as to lump together New Agers and Creationists. It is very prejudicial, to say the least.
The traditions examined by New Agers practically wrote the book on atheism, so the whole article is simply off the wall from the start.
As to ‘supernaturalism’, the term ought to be defined.
Let us note that no method of examining ethics without free will has ever worked, and that free will in a Kantian sense has all the problems of ‘supernaturalism’.
So, perhaps, it is scientists who are muddled.
