Lewontin reads the tea leaves???
I was a little unfair to Lewontin yesterday in my review of his review of Fodor/PP’s What Darwin Got Wrong.
In fact, Lewontin is cautiously critical of NS and in agreement it seems with this new critique. That’s a major new development, and perhaps the sign of a turning point.
As a major critic of Darwinian ideology, Lewontin et al. were rarely critics of the natural selection ideology that supports it. But the tide is turning. Let us make sure that the tide is not reversed by more hypsters a la Dawkins manipulating the Darwin groupies on a string, for major profits.
Dawkins has made enough money off Darwin idiots. Time for some science.

Time for the Marxist left to show some sense, and take up the task of exposing Darwinian/economic ideology at its root: the theory of Darwin/
