The catch here is that Darwin’s theory is false, can’t explain human evolution, and fails completely on human nature.
Conservatives, where not ID conservatives/religionists/, lap this junk up. But it is garbage.

    Ayn Rand would be a libertarian, but she never had much to say about Darwin’s natural selection. Rand was also an atheist.

    I don`t see where Darwin`s theory is a conservative view point, necessarily, and I don’t know why liberal are finding themselves attached to it so strongly. If natural selection is conservative idealology, why is this?

    What kind of politics did Darwin have?

    I know Wallace was more of a social liberal, but it is difficult to compare today’s politics with yesterday’s. The politics can be completely inverted in this comparison!
