This is interesting enough, but will Dawkins tailor this history to an agenda, or tell the truth? In any case, the issue is the impoverished character of Dawkins’ atheism, its false basis in Darwinism and scientism, and its dogmatism in a field where atheists were never so dogmatic, and often let theism and atheism mix together in a studied agnosticism.
The behavior of Dawkins is precisely that of the religious theocrat who wishes to impose a theocratic (!) view on the public, here in the name of ‘science’. But science cannot validate atheism.
