Evolutionary jumps between regions?

One more post on WHEE: as we noted in a previous post today, WHEE tends to throw people off when in fact its strangeness is a sign of its strength. One example is the ‘frontier effect’: the way that directional evolution is able to leapfrog its previous areas of action. Mere mention of such a thing makes Darwinists fall down in a dead faint. There are a whole series of such issues, that alienate readers when in fact the treatment leaves all others in the dust.
