The issue of atheism to me has been discombobulated by the new atheists trying to codify its basis and to make the abuse of scientism and darwinian ideology one of its core foundational axiom sets.
I have always thought of myself as both an atheist and a theist, and left thought to its natural ‘metaphysical’ ‘dialectic’ (wandering thoughts): the god concept is the subject of immense debate and conflict but its essential meaning is beyond specification, making debate a bit pointless. The irony here is that most people would be condemned by both parties: atheist, or theist.

It is not possible to define the core theological question, so the stance of faith or doubt both founder in gibberish. To make a ‘secular’ movement out of this is a recipe for still more chaotification.
