Radical Xtianity and the legacy of corrupted xtian social/capitalist ideology

December 19th, 2014 · No Comments

This is a fairly extreme take on Xtianity, for most, although in the rough it has been close to my own views and the reason I proposed a kind of shock treatment in the vision of a radical Munzerian Christianity. The idea, realizable or not, suggests the last chance for a now very crystallized Christian legacy, traditional or that of the Reformation. The idea of a Munzerian church can be an abstraction at the virtual level to see the temporal wasteland of Christian proliferation and chaotified social service. The latter nonetheless is real enough: millions of people receive food and lodging from the now ugly and often grotesque gospel missions, a staple of nearly every city in the US and abroad.
The spread of the prosperity gospels is going to be the final deathknell.
