Evolution and the eroded reputation of science

January 7th, 2015 · No Comments

I haven’t read this as yet, but we should note in general that the endless debate with creationists is misleading, and that with the ID group downright deception.

I have no religious act to grind so it is not screaming from the religious wing to protest the ‘evolution peddlers’ who have surely been far more obnoxiously deceptive than the creationists.

The whole history of evolution is a blot on the reputation of science, starting with Darwn’s plagiarism from Wallace, clearly documented by research. The latter is a clear sign in the open that scientists are prepared to lie and deceive the public on evolution, which makes Nye’s book suspect in advance.

A key issue: is Nye a ‘natural selection’ mythographer?

Because of darwinism and delusive/deceptive way it was used as propaganda, the reputation of science is starting to erode and in a way that is a good thing: the Romantic movement warned long ago that this would happen, btw…
