The confusions of Toynbee/Spengler

Toynbee and Spengler were two of the most confused historians in history but they appeal to those who want an ideology of the rejection of modernity. These two couldn’t properly depict the enlightenment, were confused about modernity, and in both cases the ‘theory’ of civilizations was almost totally confused.
