We can see that the Reformation aborted from the start…

As Xtianity goes into an accelerated nosedive, the idea of a communist church of Munzer in the legacy of the Reformation is a useful projection of a new church, that need not be realized but which can help to find an exit strategy for xtians being left high and dry by the disintegration of the religion, an inexorable process that is probably irreversible.
The challenge of the new atheists has confused the issue which is not atheism but the passing of Axial Age legacies on the way to a new and different form of spiritual activity. I think xtians should examine the demonic shift that is going to make Ayn Rand thinking compatible with doctrine. At that point you have something that is better being cast into the dustbin of history. If we examine the start of the Reformation we can see that its innovations were destroyed almost from the start. We are quite far indeed from the communist xtianity that set the tone of the Reformation.
