Creationism, religious and scientific …

There are numberless versions of ‘creationism’, not all of them as naive as Christian fundamentalist brands. A good example is Krauss’ ‘something from nothing’ version. How is this different from creationism, as a scientific variety? Different parties with different agendas simply put different labels on the same core idea.

The attempt to use natural selection as the ultimate demonstration against creationism is almost more reprehensible because it is not only hypocritical but plain false, and ends up fueling the religious refusal to knuckle under to a scientific lie.
