I should have stuck to what I have maintained all along about Kant. He isn’t actually too hard. It is us: we have to self-evolve to a higher intelligence beyond religious childhood. Kant is not an ethical prophet or the new Moses, but a pointer to the real evolutionary future of man who will bring Reason to ethical choice and action, and not with ‘Enlightenment’ cliches. So I welcome the complexity of Kant, who was a strange man, certainly not much of an ethical exemplar, with complete personality enigmas. His person isn’t the issue, and he was probably not so unsinful himself.
We need a tool to help us reach a future beyond childish religion. The initial complexity of Kant will demand a brain upgrade on your part. Get ready. The aliens are coming. You may be tested on the Transcendental Deduction.
