This is an interesting essay, and the work of Lars Lin is of compelling interest, but at this point it is obvious that marxists are hopelessly confused. It is impossible to make any sense of these issues without prolonged and detailed study/research and even then the muddle will persist.

Again, the issues which should be very simple have become arcane. And in the final analysis the question of Lenin is irrelevant. A contemporary transition beyond capitalism is going to something very different…marxists are in the way and are confounding all discussion with obsessive rehashes of useless questions plus stale propaganda…
