DMNC and socialism in one country//[Marxism] Socialism in one Latin American Country?

I see no reason why using our framework of Democratic Market Neo-communism there can’t be a form of socialism in one country. In our formulation of three sectors there is a buffer zone of ‘markets’ under the Commons. This can allow however global capital to interact under conditional restraints. In our perspective not enough is said about the issues of global trade, but the answer, decayed and corrupted, is actually present in China: a market sector with global aspects coexists with a bastard ‘communism’ that isn’t really that at all, but the overall form is clear.
A DMNC system could to much much better and would at all costs not allow the kind of predator capitalism and non-democracy the totalitarian Chinese case allows. The issue is that within our framework we must invent a new form of economy that is both local/national with global connections that would be easy enough to regulate under a socialist banner.
It would be good if the US could lead the way here, as improbable as that seems at first.
