R48G: violence, just wars, for justice, the end of history propaganda and pax romana’s.

The debate with Fukuyama over genetic determinism is almost ominous in the way the proponent of the ‘end of history’ failed to see that the struggle for justice in the wake of capitalism can’t be analyzed by genetic nonsense: men fight for justice and particularly in the crisis of ‘late capitalism’ the argument will be made in a vacuum that man is moving toward peace as capitalist hegemony. A quite severe error, although the powers of domination are increasing to the point that the fight for justice could abort in a dead civilizational endgame. We saw that outcome in the Roman Empire where a monopoly of dominant violence created an unjust ‘pax romana’. Could a similar fate befall the American republic? It would seem that outcome is already underway but likely to be forestalled by the greater complexity of potential in modern civilization…

Our eonic model does not fully answer the question here of war.
